Q: What are your scrunchies made of?
A: Our scrunchies are made with 100% eco-friendly cotton and linen fabrics. All materials are carefully selected for their softness, durability, and sustainability.

Q: Are your products handmade?
A: Yes! Every Ceyloria scrunchie is handcrafted in Sri Lanka with love, care, and attention to detail.

Q: Do you offer custom orders or gift packaging?
A: Yes! We offer custom bundles and gift wrapping options upon request. Just send us a message before placing your order.

 

🚚 SHIPPING

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Absolutely! We ship to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and many other countries via Sri Lanka Post, EMS, and Express couriers like DHL or Aramex.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs vary by location and method. Standard rates start at $32.25USD. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A:

  • Sri Lanka: 3–5 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days, depending on the shipping method

Q: Will I be charged customs fees?
A: Depending on your country’s laws, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order, unless it has already been shipped. Please email us immediately if you need changes.

A: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
